- Rule 1: Participants must be able to levitate their physical form out of their body.
- Rule 2: Challengers must project themselves to at least 3 different astral planes.
- Rule 3: No use of external astral-projection-enhancing devices.
- Rule 4: Challengers must document their journey with at least 1 selfie.
- Rule 5: No cheating by using astral-projection-hackers.
- Rule 6: Challengers must return to their physical form within 24 hours.
