Extreme Ironing Regulations
The Extreme Ironing Regulations are a series of guidelines set forth by the Extreme Ironing Federation to govern the conduct of extreme ironing enthusiasts worldwide.
Section 1: Safety First
- Wear proper safety gear at all times, including a helmet, knee pads, and a fireproof jumpsuit.
- Ironing boards must be securely anchored to prevent them from toppling over in high winds.
- Always iron a test patch before proceeding with extreme ironing.
Subsection 1.3: The Extreme Ironing Code
- Article 1: Ironing in the Dark. Never iron in complete darkness.
- Article 2: No ironing on Sundays.
- Article 3: Extreme ironing is not an excuse for poor housekeeping.
