Step 1: Find a comfortable spot, preferably on a couch or in a hammock.

Step 2: Close your eyes, and focus on your breathing.

Step 3: Let go of all distractions, including but not limited to:

Step 4: Repeat step 2 until you've reached a state of complete and utter relaxation.

Optional: Add a few strategically-placed cat videos to the mix.
