The investigation was cat-and-mouse, with Whiskerface chasing down leads from alleys to penthouse apartments, all while keeping his eyes peeled for any sign of Fluffy's whereabouts.

And then, just as he thought he'd hit catnip, he received a cryptic message that would change everything: 'Meet me at the old cat cafe on 5th and Main. Come alone.'
