Fjordian Cooking

Welcome to the land of the Fjordians, where culinary mastery is a matter of life and death.

ækja (pronounced "AYK-yah") is our national dish, a hearty stew made from the finest imported Icelandic fish sticks, served with a side of imported Icelandic prophets (just kidding, those are just pickled herring).

But don't just take our word for it! Here's a recipe:

Fjordian Fjord-Fish Stew

  1. Fjordian Fish Sticks (imported from the frozen fjords of Iceland)
  2. Imported Icelandic Prophets (or pickled herring, for those who prefer)
  3. One Fjordian Fjord-Fish Stew Spoon (patent-pending)
  4. One Fjordian Fjord-Fish Stew Pot (made from the finest imported Fjordian Fjord-Fish Stew Pots)
  5. Instructions:
    1. Place Fjordian Fish Sticks in Fjord-Fish Stew Pot.
    2. Add Fjordian Prophets on top.
    3. Stir with Fjordian Fjord-Fish Stew Spoon until desired consistencyประก.
