Drift-Ponies

A recipe for the most discerning drifters. A fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine, because who doesn't love a good fusion?

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of Japanese mayo

• 1/2 cup of wasabi mayonnaise

• 1/4 cup of ketchup

• 1/4 cup of pickled ginger

• 1/4 cup of chopped scallions

• 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

• 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

• 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce

• 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

• 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

• 2 tablespoons of chopped up ramen noodles (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Stir until they form a cohesive whole.

3. Taste, adjust, and re-stir as necessary.

4. Serve in a bowl, garnish with ramen noodles, and serve with a smile.

Drift-Whispy-Chowder

A recipe for when you need a snack that's as unpredictable as your driving skills.

• 1 can of sardines (in oil)

• 1/4 cup of chopped up wasabi peas

• 1/4 cup of pickled mustard seeds

• 1/4 cup of chopped up capers

• 1/4 cup of chopped up parsley

• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon of chopped scallions

• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

• 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Cooking Instructions:

1. Empty the can of sardines into a bowl.

2. Mix in the wasabi peas, mustard seeds, capers, and parsley.

3. Add in the mayonnaise, soy sauce, scallions, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

4. Stir until it's a cohesive whole, then serve.
