Legend has it that our founder, a scrappy little rat named Rattus, discovered the secret to pan-frying perfection in the depths of the city's sewer system. He spent years perfecting his craft, frying up anything he could find, and eventually earned the respect of the city's culinary elite.
Today, we continue Rattus' legacy, serving up pan-fried delicacies to anyone brave enough to try them. Don't worry, we won't tell anyone you're eating rat.
