While we strive to provide a safe tapping environment, we cannot guarantee that your head will not be damaged in the process. If your forehead is injured, you agree to hold us harmless.
2. You will not tap your forehead in front of children or pets, unless they are also tapping their foreheads, in which case, carry on.
**Intellectual Property**
We reserve all rights to any tap-patterns, designs, or ideas conceived or developed while tapping your forehead. You will not claim ownership or royalties to any such intellectual property.
3. You will not attempt to tap your forehead with a screwdriver, unless it's for artistic purposes.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or warranties of non-infringement. Your forehead is tap-at-your-own-risk.
