Eligibility

You're eligible for the appeal process if:

• You're a cookie with a Peanut Butter Cookie or Sugar Cookie.
• You've been misclassified by our system.

Appeal Process

Step 1: Fill out the Cookie Appeal Form.

Step 2: Wait for our Cookie Exceptions Judges to review your case.

Step 3: Receive notification of your appeal status, which may include but not be limited to:

• Your appeal is approved and you'll be granted cookie privileges.
• Your appeal is denied and you're stuck in cookie limbo.
