- Initiation by fire: prophets are thrown into a pit of burning coals while being forced to recite the ancient Eldridian incantation, 'The fire that forges the soul.'
- Human sacrifice: a chosen few, selected by Zorvath, are led into the depths of the underworld, where they are fed to the great beast, Xarath.
- Ritualประก dance: the cultists gather around a great, pulsing crystal, and dance the dance of the doomed, as the Oracle whispers dark secrets into their ears.
