You are now free to wear the following colors: neon pink, lime green, and electric blue. You are also authorized to use the following words: "whimsy", "wacky", and "silly".
You are not, however, permitted to use the following words: "serious", "boring", or "sensible". These are strictly forbidden. You are also not allowed to wear the following colors: beige, mauve, or any other color that is not neon.
