It all started in 1999
Our founder, Jean-Pierre, was a struggling street artist with a passion for fries. He would coat his own fries with whatever he could find, just to make them more interesting. One day, while on a date with a woman named Berenice, he served her a side of fries coated with edible gold dust. She laughed, she smiled, and she said "Jean-Pierre, this is the best thing I've ever tasted."
We've been perfecting our craft ever since, experimenting with new and exotic coatings for the perfect fry. And now, we're proud to say we have the best fries in the business.
