According to eyewitnesses, Sparky Sam was attempting a particularly tricky jump when he misjudged the distance to the bench and landed squarely on it.
Witnesses described the scene as "surreal" and "a real nail-biter."
Sparky Sam was rushed to the nearby hospital with minor injuries and a bruised ego.
