The tournament will be held on the first Tuesday of every month, at precisely 3:14 AM Galactic Standard Time.
The first round will begin immediately after the scheduled start time, with each match lasting exactly 30 seconds.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a sudden death round of "Best of 3" Rock-Paper-Scissors.
The winner of the sudden death round will be declared the overall champion of the tournament.
