After the events of the first Socks or No Socks, our hero, Bobby, has returned to the world of SOCKS ARE THE ANSWER in an attempt to make amends with his past and find a new sense of purpose.
However, things quickly take a turn for the worse as Bobby's sock collection grows out of control and he is forced to make a choice: to wear the SOCKS OF SHAME or risk everything on the SOCKS OF DESTINY.
