Subrule 5.1: Grievances must be submitted in triplicate, with at least one being a YouTube video link. See ComplainyMcComplainer's infamous "I'm a victim" video.
Subrule 5.2: Each complaint must contain at least 5 buzzwords: "unfair", "rigged", "bias", "foul", and " travesty". See Disgruntled Judge's infamous bias-filled score sheet.
