Code of Conduct for Noisy Goblins

Section 1: No Goblinly Silence

Do not make excessive use of the "WRAAA" sound effect.
Respect personal space; 5 feet minimum.
Do not summon the Dark Lord of the Undercroft without explicit permission.

Section 2: Protocol for Code Red Situations

In the event of a Code Red, do not panic.
Stay calm and execute the Emergency Goblin Protocol.
Assign a trusted goblin to coordinate the evacuation efforts.
