Program Overview

Our hamsters have been trained by the best in the business - a team of highly skilled hamster personal trainers who've worked with the most discerning hamster clients. Together, we've crafted a program that's as tough as nails.

From burpees on the hamster wheel to hamster-sized dumbbells, we've got it all.

Our hamsters will push their limits, break their backs, and possibly their hamster cages.

Sunday: Hamster Yoga (Hamster-Flow)

Monday: Hamster Strength Training (Hamster-Pump)

Tuesday: Hamster Cardio Day (Hamster-Sprint)

Wednesday: Rest Day (Hamster-Siesta)

Thursday: Hamster Powerlifting (Hamster-Squats)

Friday: Hamster Endurance Training (Hamster-Jog)

Saturday: Hamster Agility Training (Hamster-Hops)

Sunday: Hamster Rest Day (Hamster-Nap)

Hamster Weightlifting Techniques

Hamster Squats: 10 reps, 5 sets

Hamster Lunges: 15 reps, 3 sets

Hamster Burpees: 20 reps, 2 sets
