As per Article II, Section 3, Subsection B, subsection 4 of the Hamster Clause, all sentient hamsters are hereby granted the right to unlimited access to cheese.
However, this right is not without its responsibilities. Hamsters are required to maintain a minimum of 500 hours of wheel running per month, or face penalties up to and including but not limited to: hamster-sized fines, hamster imprisonment, or hamster exile to the Hamsterville Islands.
