Clause 2 of the Hamster Disclaimer

In accordance with the Hamster Bill of Rights, Section 7, Subsection C, all hamsters are hereby required to wear a minimum of two socks at all times when operating the Wheel of Fortune 5000.

Failure to comply with this clause shall result in a fine of 100 sunflower seeds, payable to the Hamster Union of America.

Exceptions to this clause include:

Hamsters operating the Wheel of Fortune 5000 during a state of emergency, as defined by the Hamster Emergency Response Team.
Hamsters who are unable to fit two socks due to a medical condition, as certified by a licensed hamster therapist.
