Section 4: Hamster Rights and Privileges
Article IV, Section 4, Subsection 1: Hamster Freedom of Movement
Every hamster has the right to move freely within its cage, except when it is being held by its human overlords for the purpose of cuddling or for scientific research.
- Hamsters shall not be forced to move more than 5 feet per second.
- Hamsters may move in any direction, except diagonally, unless they are in a diagonal-running hamster wheel.
- Hamsters have the right to pause in any position, including mid-run, without fear of reprisal.
Section 2: Hamster Food and Water Rights
Article IV, Section 4, Subsection 2: Hamster Food and Water Rights
Every hamster has the right to a varied and nutritious diet, including but not limited to:
- Hamster food pellets
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Grains
- Protein sources
- Treats, including but not limited to: cheese, crackers, and cookies
Hamsters also have the right to clean drinking water, free from contaminants and additives.
