  2. Beat 2: 180 BPM. You think you can handle it?
  3. Beat 3: 240 BPM. You're going to need some stamina for this one...

Remember, the goal is to keep your heart rate up! Don't worry if you need to take a break, we have a break room where you can catch your breath.
