Overcoming the Abyss of Filament Jamming: A 3D Printing Guide

Warning: Filament jamming is a real and terrifying phenomenon. Don't be like the others, who have fallen into the abyss of unsalvageable prints.

But fear not, brave 3D printer operator! We have solutions for you.

Step 1: Don't Panic (Yet)

Stay calm, and try to identify the source of the problem. Is it a clogged extruder or a tangled mess of filament?

Check your prints for any signs of distress, like unscrew-it-when-you-can, or heat-it-up.

Step 2: Unscrew It When You Can

Time to get your hands dirty. Unscrew the filament and try to tease out the jam. Be prepared for the existential dread of facing your own incompetence.

But don't worry, it's all part of the process. You'll get better. Or not. Maybe just heat it up and try again.

Step 3: Heat It Up

Heating things up is always a good idea, right? Wrong. Don't do that. Unless you have a Heat Gun or a Thermal Reducing Spray. Otherwise, just... try again.

Or call in a professional. Like that one guy who's been there. You know, Dr. Jammer McScrewingface.
