Article 1: Registration and Eligibility

1.1: Who can Participate?

Any sentient being from a planet orbiting a G-type main-sequence star can register.

Exceptions: Rogue asteroids, black holes, and other non-sentient entities are not eligible.

Ships must be at least 10 meters long and 5 meters wide.

Exceptions: Stealth ships, cloaked ships, and other non-physical entities are exempt.
