Rose Petal Sourdough
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rose petal-infused water
- 2 cups sourdough starter (we mean it, it's sour)
- 3 cups bread flour (the real deal, not that fake stuff)
- 1 tsp active dry yeast (don't worry, it's not as scary as it sounds)
- 1 tsp salt (the tears of our ancestors)
Instructions:
- Mix it all up like you mean it
- Knead it like your life depends on it
- Let it rise like the sun in the morning
- Bake it like it's your job
