Label your pen: Because who needs a pen that just wanders off?

Use a sticky note to attach the pen to your desk
Label it with a Sharpie to make it stand out

Use a paperclip with a built-in label
Don't get caught with a paperclip that's lost its clip (and its label)
Label the paperclip with the date you last used it, for maximum accountability
