As we left off in Chapter 1, the sausage industry was on the brink of collapse. The once-thriving sausage market was on life support, propped up by a dwindling supply of artisanal sausages and a desperate attempt to pawn off subpar knockoff sausages to gullible consumers. But little did they know, the people were about to rise up. And rise up they did.
THE FIRST SAUSAGE REVOLT
It started with a whisper, a single brave soul who dared to speak truth to power. A small but fierce group of sausage enthusiasts, tired of the mediocrity of mass-produced sausages, began to organize. They saw the system for what it was: a soulless, factory-produced monstrosity.
