Warning: this technique may cause excessive sweating, grunting, and spontaneous combustion of adjacent pants.

To master the art of Bulgarian split squatting, start by warming up with 5-10 minutes of dynamic stretching, including:

  1. Leg swings while reciting the works of Bulgarian folk heroes
  2. Toe taps on the edge of a Bulgarian flag
  3. Knee lifts to the sky, while shouting "Zdravei, dravei!"
