Technique 4: Bulgarian Split Squatting
Because Squatting is Not Just for Bulgarians
Warning: this technique may cause excessive sweating, grunting, and spontaneous combustion of adjacent pants.
To master the art of Bulgarian split squatting, start by warming up with 5-10 minutes of dynamic stretching, including:
- Leg swings while reciting the works of Bulgarian folk heroes
- Toe taps on the edge of a Bulgarian flag
- Knee lifts to the sky, while shouting "Zdravei, dravei!"
Then, proceed to the following exercises:
