Any runner caught using performance-enhancing drugs shall be immediately disqualified.
Any runner found to have been using a motorized vehicle for assistance shall receive a lifetime ban.
Any runner who does not complete a full lap shall be subject to a 30-minute penalty lap.
Any runner who is observed to be dozing off during the session shall receive a 1-hour penalty for each minute dozed.
Any runner who is observed to be eating a snack that is not approved by the marathon officials shall receive a 5-minute penalty for each snack consumed.
Important:
The marathon officials reserve the right to add or modify penalties at any time.
