Article 5: The Mandatory Use of Bright Colors

By the power vested in me, I hereby mandate that all users of this domain wear bright colors at all times.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forfeiture of all snacks
• Revocation of all privileges
• Assignment to an eternity of watching paint dry
