THE MANDATE OF THE MANDATES

As per the 2nd Mandate of 2-1-4, Article 6, Section 3, we hereby declare the following:

ARTICLE 3: THE STRATEGY OF THE STRATEGIES

In a bold move, the Mandate of the Mandates has decreed that the Strategy of the Strategies shall henceforth be the supreme guiding force behind all decisions.

For the sake of clarity, the following sub-strategies have been established:

• The Sub-Strategy of the Sub-Strategies
• The Mandate of the Mandates, Article 7
