By Order of the Council of Bureaucratic Efficiency, Mandate 4 is hereby issued to all affected parties.

As per Mandate 2, Section 3, Subsection 7, paragraph A, all employees are hereby required to wear a bright pink tie on Fridays.

This mandate is non-negotiable and non-negotiable-er.
