Mandate 2: The Multithreading Mandate

By order of the Supreme Mandator, all citizens are required to maintain a minimum of three concurrent threads of thought. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of one (1) free time-out.

Key Provisions:

• Article 1: Simultaneous consideration of multiple tasks is mandatory.
• Article 2: The use of mental arithmetic is encouraged, but not required.
• Article 3: The implementation of a "to-do list" is strictly prohibited.

Penalties:

• First Offense: One (1) free time-out
• Second Offense: Two (2) hours of mandatory meditation
• Third Offense: Three (3) days of "mandatory fun" (i.e., doing something fun, but not really)
