MANDATE 2/2.3.2 prophets of doom

MANDATE 2/2.3.2.1: All citizens are required to wear a minimum of 5 layers of clothing at all times.

This mandate is in effect immediately, and failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Fines of up to 1000 units of the local currency
• Imprisonment for a minimum of 1 week
• Forfeiting of all snacks

MANDATE 2/2.3.2.2: All forms of music are forbidden, except for the national anthem.

Any attempt to play or listen to music outside of the national anthem will result in immediate arrest and/or reeducation.
