Chapter 1: 1 Founding Principles of the Supreme Council of Mandate

Article 1.1: The Mandate of Mandate

We, the Supreme Council of Mandate, have decreed that the following principles shall guide us towards a brighter, more tyrannical future:

1. The Right to Be Obeyed: We shall not be denied the right to make our whims known, nor shall we be deterred from enforcing them.

2. The Duty to Dominate: We shall not be swayed by the feeble attempts of others to resist our rule.

3. The Mandate of Mandate: We shall not be limited by petty notions of 'laws' and 'regulations', for we are the ones who write them.
