In the year 1985, a group of concerned citizens in the quiet suburban neighborhood of Oakwood formed the Neighborhood Watch Training Academy (NWTA). The academy was born out of a desire to combat the growing menace of pesky squirrels and mischievous raccoons that had begun to plague the neighborhood.
The NWTA was founded by the enigmatic and infamous, Captain Jack "The Watcher" Wilson, a retired park ranger with a passion for surveillance and a penchant for mustard.
Under Captain Wilson's leadership, the NWTA quickly gained notoriety for its unorthodox training methods, which included, but were not limited to: extreme hide-and-seek exercises, camouflage courses, and the art of "Squirrel Whispering".
As the academy expanded, so did its influence. The NWTA became a hub for neighborhood watch programs across the nation, with graduates going on to lead successful campaigns against everything from speeding cars to over-achieving lawn care services.
