Section 2.2.2.2: The Mandate of the Universe

By order of the Supreme Being, it is decreed that all sentient beings within the cosmos shall wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

This mandate is non-negotiable, and failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

1. Immediate execution via robotic overlords
2. Forced watching of infinite reruns of 'The Price is Right'
3. Permanent relocation to the moon of Zorgon-6
