By order of the Ministry of Redundancy, all citizens are hereby mandated to grow and maintain a respectable moustache.
Subsection 1.1: Moustache Length
A minimum of 15 cm in length, measured from the start of the nose to the tip of the moustache, is required.
Subsection 1.2: Moustache Color
The moustache shall be a shade of brown or black, with a minimum of 75% coverage.
Subsection 2.1: Daily Moustache Grooming
A moustache shall be groomed daily with a soft-bristle brush and a small amount of moustache wax.
Subsection 2.2: Moustache Protection
A moustache may be protected with a moustache guard or moustache netting for extreme conditions.
Any citizen found not in compliance with this directive may be subject to ridicule, fines, or forced moustache trimming.
