As per the Ministry of Unconventional Design's strict guidelines, all employees are required to maintain a minimum of 3 consecutive hours of productivity per day. Failure to comply results in mandatory attendance to our in-house reeducation program, "Laziness Anonymous."
However, for those who excel, we offer a maximum of 5 hours of "Creative Freedom Time" per week. This can be used for anything from painting the town with pixels to composing the world's first 3D-printed trombone solo.
