As per Mandate 2, Section 2.3, all forms submitted must include a detailed account of each stapler used in the office.
Paragraph 1: The stapler, a staple of office supplies, shall be used in a manner that does not obstruct the view of the fluorescent lighting.
Paragraph 2: All staplers must be used with the utmost care, lest they become a hazard to oneself and others.
