• A moustache must be at least 10 inches in length, measured from the center of the upper lip.
• A moustache may be styled in a variety of ways, including but not limited to: handlebar, walrus, and Fu Manchu.
• The wearing of a moustache is mandatory for all officials, dignitaries, and those seeking to be dignitaries.
