Rules of the Mandated Universe

Rule 1: The universe is governed by the whims of the Mandated Ones.

These beings of immense power and questionable taste have decreed that all requests must be fulfilled with a dash of whimsy.

Rule 2: Requests are not requests, they're mandates. Don't be shy, don't be coy, just ask for whatever you want.

Rule 3: All responses will be delivered with an extra layer of sarcasm. It's a mandate, after all.

When requesting, be loud. Use all caps. And don't be afraid to add some flair.

Don't be boring. Bright colors are the only acceptable response.
