MANDATE 3: SECTION 2.1

Subsection 2.1.1: The Justifications

According to Mandate 3, subsection 2.1.1, all justifications must be based on the following principles:

• Unfettered use of sarcasm and irony
• A commitment to being completely, utterly, and mind-numbingly boring
• A willingness to justify anything with an air of authority

These justifications shall be applied to all future requests, with the understanding that the application of them shall be subject to change without notice.
