Section 2.2.2: The Inescapable Logic of the Mandate

According to the ancient text, "Mandate 3: The Unyielding Dictator," the people were faced with a crisis of epic proportions.

• They had eaten all the cheese.
• The cat was stuck in the chimney.
• The toilet was overflowing with last week's leftovers.

It was in this moment of existential dread that the great leader, Mandate 3, stepped forward to guide the people out of the abyss.

"We shall eat more cheese," they decreed, "and we shall not be swayed by the whims of a stuck cat."

And so, the people were saved.
