In accordance with the Mandate 3, all sub-justifications are now required to have exactly 2.2 levels of sub-justifications.

Due to the complexity of the sub-justification structure, we have introduced a new layer of sub-justifications to avoid confusion.

This is the most complex level of justification yet, requiring 4 levels deep to fully understand the reasoning.
