By order of the Galactic Overlord, all citizens are hereby mandated to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

Failure to comply will result in penalties, including but not limited to:

• Fine of 100 space credits
• Community service: picking up alien trash on Galactic Highway 7
• Banter with the Overlord's personal assistant, Bleep-2
