Mandate 3: The Unyielding Mandate of Unrelenting Bureaucracy

By Order of the Council of Ministers, Mandate 3 has been decreed: All citizens shall wear plaid on Tuesdays and Thursdays, effective immediately.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Confiscation of all non-plaid clothing
• Forfeiture of all snacks
• Assignment to the dreaded Department of Mandatory Fashion Enforcement
