Section 1: Mandatory Pajama Day
On every Thursday, all citizens are mandated to wear their pajamas in public. Failure to comply will result in a fine of 1000 Galactic Credits.
ExceptionsSection 2: Mandatory Use of Sarcasm
Citizens are required to use at least three instances of sarcasm in every conversation. Failure to comply will result in reeducation.

All citizens are mandated to consume only jellified food products, including jellified water, jellified milk, and jellified pizza.
