By order of the Supreme Overlord of the Realm, all citizens are required to wear brightly colored socks on Tuesdays.
Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
Exceptions may be made for those with legitimate medical reasons, or for those who have already worn their brightest socks on Monday.
