Section 2: The Unyielding Conditions of Use
Article 2.1: You Can't Have Your Cake and Eat It
By using MANDATE-3, you implicitly agree that you cannot have your cake and eat it at the same time. This includes, but is not limited to, cake made of cookies, cake pops, or other edible objects.
- Exceptions: You may have cake and eat it on your birthday, but only if you've paid the required 'Cake-Consumption Fee' of $10,000.
- Exceptions to the Exception: If you're a registered Cake-Industrialist, you may have cake and eat it without penalty, but only after providing a valid Cake-Industrialist ID.
Article 2.3: The Unyielding Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change, modify, or revoke any term or condition of use at any time without notice or warning.
- Exceptions: We may not revoke or modify any term or condition that is inconvenient to us.
- Exceptions to the Exception: If you're using MANDATE-3 for nefarious purposes, we may revoke or modify any term or condition at our discretion.
